Refund Policy
General refund terms for project-based web design and development services.
Last updated: September 2026
1. Project Payments
Project fees may be divided into deposits, milestones or final payments as agreed in the quotation, proposal or invoice for a project.
2. Deposits and Work Already Performed
Once work has started, amounts covering completed work, reserved development time, purchased third-party items or delivered project assets are generally not refundable.
3. Eligible Refund Requests
If a project is cancelled before meaningful work begins, or if we are unable to provide an agreed service, a full or partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and costs already incurred.
4. Digital and Third-Party Costs
Domain names, hosting, paid plugins, themes, licenses, stock assets and other third-party purchases are subject to the provider's own refund rules and may be non-refundable.
5. Change Requests
Revisions or additional features outside the agreed scope are not treated as refund grounds and may require a separate quotation or additional fee.
6. Requesting a Review
To request a refund review, contact us with your project details, payment reference and the reason for your request. We will review the request against the agreed scope and completed work.
